Shipping & Returns
Shipping
At Kalágria, we strive to process and deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible, so you can enjoy your new purchases.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout, depending on the destination and weight of your order.
International shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary by country, and any import duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Return period
You have the right to cancel your purchase agreement within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The return period begins once you've received your complete order.
Return conditions
Please ensure that the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accompanying accessories. If the product is damaged or shows signs of use, we reserve the right to charge a fee for the depreciation.
Exceptions
Products that have been custom-made or have a limited shelf life cannot be returned.
Return process
Email us at wegotyou@kalagria.com to request a return. We will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days through the original payment method.
